About the Authors

Lani Robbins, PH.D.
Organizational Development Consultant
Lani received a Ph.D. and MA in Human and Organizational Systems with the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California. She received a Master of Public Administration degree and BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado. Lani worked with organizations to improve leadership and teamwork. In her leisure time she enjoys playing tennis, hiking and traveling.
Pamela Shipp, Ph.D.
Executive Coach
Pam’s undergraduate degree is from Colorado College; she earned a MA from George Washington University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Denver University. She is a licensed psychologist and managed a private clinical practice in Colorado Springs for 12 years. She is a civic leader and enjoys time with her family, dance, film, and theater.
Roberta Kraus, Ph.D.
Olympic Sports Psychologist
Roberta holds two master’s degrees, one in Higher Education from the University of Northern Colorado and one in Sports Psychology from University of Arizona. Her Ph.D. from the University of Denver is in Communications, specializing in its application to individual and team effectiveness in the athletic arena. She played competitive tennis and basketball at Montclair State College and was an athletic coach for over 15 years.
Gina Hernez-Broome, Ph.D.
Organizational Psychologist
Gina earned both her PH.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and has published and edited numerous books and articles related to coaching and leadership. Currently she teaches and mentors graduate students in organizational leadership all over the world wide. Gina enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
